The McRitchie-Hollis Project
Bringing the McRitchie-Hollis Museum to life after dark was both an honor and a privilege. As a historic landmark in Newnan, Georgia, this elegant structure deserved a lighting design that would enhance its timeless beauty while improving safety and visibility throughout the property.
This system features over 27 low-voltage LED fixtures, each carefully placed to complement the estate’s distinguished architecture. The grand red brick façade, a defining feature of this historic home, is bathed in warm, directional lighting, ensuring its character remains prominent long after sunset. Thoughtfully positioned uplights accent the mature trees surrounding the property, casting striking silhouettes that add depth and dimension to the landscape.
In addition to aesthetics, this installation provides practical illumination for walkways and gathering areas, ensuring visitors can safely enjoy the museum’s exterior spaces. Every fixture was selected with care, balancing functionality with an unobtrusive, historically respectful design.
We are proud to have played a role in preserving and enhancing the McRitchie-Hollis Museum, ensuring its legacy shines just as brightly at night as it does during the day.
The Sweetbay Farm Project
Nestled within 875 acres of pristine Georgian countryside, the Sweetbay Farm estate is a true masterpiece of architectural and natural beauty. Bringing this extraordinary property to life after sunset was both an honor and a challenge—one that required an intricate blend of technical expertise and artistic vision.
With over 250 precision-placed fixtures, our design meticulously highlights the estate’s grand architecture, rolling landscapes, and exquisite variety of trees. From the stately century-old home to the towering oaks, elegant fir trees, and delicate Japanese maples, every detail was considered to ensure the lighting not only enhances the property’s beauty but also maintains its timeless charm.
Beyond aesthetics, the lighting was carefully crafted to provide both functionality and security. Thoughtful placement of fixtures ensures safe passage along pathways, accentuates key architectural elements, and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the grounds. The result is nothing short of breathtaking, capturing the essence of Sweetbay Farm’s grandeur while preserving its serene, natural ambiance.
But this is just the beginning. Phase II is already in the works, promising even more enhancements that will further elevate the property’s nighttime appeal. We are thrilled to continue working with these wonderful clients and can’t wait to see the final transformation unfold!

The Swope Project
It was an absolute privilege to work with the Swope family to illuminate their historic property, dating back to the late 1800s. Our mission was to replace their existing system with a thoughtfully designed lighting plan that enhances both the beauty and functionality of their outdoor space.
This installation consists of 72 low-voltage LED fixtures. While only 10 fixtures were used to accentuate the home’s exterior symmetry, the remaining 62 fixtures were meticulously positioned throughout the property. Trees, pathways, bushes, and the gazebo were all carefully illuminated to create depth, balance, and a warm, inviting ambiance.
One of the most important aspects of this project was designing a well-lit path from the back door to the gazebo. To achieve this, we incorporated a combination of path lights and directionals, using uplighting to filter through trees with year-round foliage. The result is a beautifully illuminated walkway that blends safety with elegance, allowing the Swope family to fully enjoy their outdoor space long after sunset.
This project was a pleasure to design and execute, and we are grateful to have been entrusted with bringing this historic property to life at night.
The Cedar Project
Situated on a picturesque corner lot in Arbor Springs, this stunning custom Craftsman-style home presented an exciting opportunity to merge architectural elegance with artistic landscape lighting. From the very first fixture to the final adjustment, bringing this project to life was an absolute pleasure.
With over 46 precisely placed low-voltage LED fixtures, our design thoughtfully accentuates the home’s distinct architectural details while providing a soft, inviting glow that enhances both beauty and security. The homeowners envisioned a warm, welcoming ambiance that would highlight the character of their home and its lush surroundings—we delivered by utilizing a strategic combination of directional lights, floodlights, and path lights to achieve the perfect balance of depth and dimension.
One of the standout aspects of this project was the property’s unique and well-maintained tree canopy, which allowed us to be especially creative with our lighting approach. By carefully positioning fixtures to emphasize the natural textures and organic shapes, we ensured that each tree became a living work of art at night, adding to the home’s charm and curb appeal.
The final result is a seamless blend of function and beauty, transforming this Craftsman gem into a breathtaking nighttime showcase. We truly enjoyed collaborating with this wonderful client, and we hope they are as thrilled with the outcome as we are!

The Kelley Project
Nestled just outside of Newnan, Georgia, this stunning home—affectionately referred to as “The Kelley Resort”—is a true backyard paradise. Our lighting design was carefully curated to enhance both the architectural and natural elements of the property, creating a seamless blend of ambiance, functionality, and elegance.
This system features 27 low-voltage LED fixtures, with a focus on accentuating key elements of the home’s facade, pathways, and backyard landscape.
In the front yard, our goal was to keep the lighting subtle yet effective, ensuring the grand columns stood out without overwhelming the space. A Japanese maple was softly illuminated to add warmth and contrast, while path lighting was strategically placed to highlight the surrounding landscape, guiding visitors with both beauty and practicality.
The backyard presented an exciting opportunity to create depth and drama. Four path lights were placed around the staircase, ensuring safety and visibility, while a series of narrow-beamed uplights were carefully positioned to cast a striking glow deep into the towering trees. This approach provided the homeowners with a unique nighttime perspective of their landscape—allowing them to experience their outdoor space in a completely new light.
By balancing subtle architectural accents with bold landscape illumination, this project successfully transformed “The Kelley Resort” into a breathtaking retreat, effortlessly transitioning from day to night.
The Historical Train Depot Project
We were honored to collaborate with the Newnan Coweta History Center to enhance the Historical Train Depot, a site rich with local significance. Thoughtful lighting design was essential to preserving the depot’s character while providing increased safety and visibility after dark.
This project features over 16 strategically placed low-voltage LED fixtures, carefully selected to complement the building’s timeless brick architecture. Path lights now guide visitors safely along the walkways and entryway, while soft ambient lighting on the back patio creates an inviting atmosphere for evening events. To further highlight the depot’s historic charm, directional fixtures cast elegant uplighting onto the structure, emphasizing its classic design without overpowering its natural beauty.
Through precision and attention to detail, this lighting installation ensures the Historical Train Depot remains a striking focal point of the community, both day and night!

The Ward Project
Nestled in the Lake Redwine community, this project was the perfect finishing touch to an already stunning backyard retreat. With a carefully designed lighting plan, we were able to enhance the property’s natural beauty, architectural charm, and outdoor functionality, creating an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and entertainment.
This system consists of 25 low-voltage LED fixtures, strategically placed to provide a seamless blend of ambiance and practicality. Around the pool and sitting areas, soft, warm lighting casts an elegant glow, ensuring the space remains just as enjoyable after dark as it is during the day. Pathway lights subtly guide movement throughout the yard, improving safety while maintaining an effortless, unobtrusive look.
One of our key objectives was to highlight the surrounding trees, giving the backyard a sense of depth and tranquility. By carefully selecting fixture placements, we were able to create a natural, layered effect that enhances the property’s lush landscape while maintaining a cohesive design.
In addition to the backyard, the client wanted to ensure that the front of their home was just as striking at night as it is during the day. Using architectural accent lighting, we illuminated the home’s key features, adding both curb appeal and a welcoming ambiance.
While pictures capture some of the magic, they simply don’t do this project justice. This space is truly enchanting, and we are grateful to have been entrusted with bringing it to life.
